By using this store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from the site. Prices, availability and product information can change without notice.

Orders

An order is not accepted until Shopify confirms it and RoadSpec Parts completes any required availability, address and fraud review. We may cancel and refund an order that cannot be fulfilled or shipped to an eligible destination.

Automotive fitment and installation

Vehicle year, make and model are starting points and do not guarantee compatibility. You must compare all available OEM or reference numbers, options, position, connectors, mounting points and listing photos with the original part. Qualified diagnosis and professional installation are strongly recommended. Radios, modules, clusters, computers, sensors and other electronics may require coding, calibration, initialization or anti-theft relearning.

Used and new condition

Used parts can show ordinary prior-use wear, dirt, fading, scratches, marks or label wear. Listing photos and condition notes form part of the product description. New replacement parts are identified separately; packaging may show storage or transit wear.

Shipping territory

Sales and delivery are limited to physical street addresses in the 48 contiguous United States. Orders addressed to P.O. boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or international destinations may be cancelled.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

You may not misuse the store, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with store operation, submit unlawful content, use automated systems in a manner that disrupts the service or use RoadSpec Parts content in a way that violates another party’s rights. Store content, branding and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, RoadSpec Parts is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, including installation, programming, diagnostics, labor, towing, storage or rental-vehicle costs. Rights and remedies that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
