Used-part condition

Used OEM parts can show normal wear, dirt, fading, scratches, marks or other cosmetic signs of previous use. Review every listing photo and the stated condition. Photos form part of the product description.

New replacement parts

New parts are identified as new in the listing. Packaging can show storage or transit wear without affecting the part itself.

Limited functional warranty

Unless a listing states otherwise, eligible parts include a 30-day limited functional warranty beginning on confirmed delivery. The warranty covers the listed part only and requires correct diagnosis and professional installation where appropriate.

The warranty does not cover incorrect fitment, improper installation, misuse, modification, accident damage, water/fire damage, normal cosmetic wear, or required programming and calibration. Labor, diagnostics, programming, towing, storage, rental vehicles and other consequential costs are excluded.

Some electronic modules are security-locked or vehicle-specific and can require dealer or specialist service. A programming requirement alone does not mean the part is defective.
